Getting to Know William Branch

William is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a BBA in Marketing. Before becoming a successful mortgage loan originator, William pursued his dream of becoming a professional golfer on the mini tours. When not working he enjoys days at the lake with his wife, Laurie, playing golf, duck hunting and spending quality time with his family. William and his family attend Lake Pointe Church in Rockwall, Texas and have been members for many years. William and Laurie reside in the Rockwall area and are proud parents to twins, Hunter and Hayes, and daughter, Hallie.

William is a caring person with a passion for helping families into new homes. Communication and utilizing his expertise allow him to consistently provide clients with a “World Class Mortgage Experience.” His goal is to make the process simple and efficient. Closing loans on time and on budget. Staying on top of new regulations and product modifications allows him to inform borrowers how to make their closing a seamless transaction. Mekisha McCLure | Loan Officer Assistant | RMLO NMLS 1599154

Mekisha has worked in the mortgage lending industry for three years following an extensive background in accounting. She is well versed in the different products and programs available and utilizes that knowledge to find the perfect fit for each client. As the loan process begins, Mekisha assists with all the client’s needs, as well as the loan itself. If there are any potential concerns or complications, she works quickly and efficiently to tackle them up front, creating a smooth road ahead with no surprises. She works hard, side by side with William, to make the lending process seamless.

When not working, Mekisha enjoys spending time with her husband, Evans, and her family, as well as going to the ballfields. Mekisha and Evans are proud parents to three amazing children and stay quite busy with all their various activities. Mekisha also likes to help her husband with their family business, creating and designing custom furniture and home décor.

Dusty Jandrew | Set Up Expert | RMLO NMLS 319614

With over 10 years of mortgage origination and processing experience, Dusty collects all the upfront information and documentation from the borrower and the realtors that will be necessary to set up your mortgage file and prepare it for processing. Her extensive knowledge of underwriting guidelines for all loan types will insure that you are set up for a WORLD CLASS mortgage experience. She will carefully review all information provided and try to address any issues and concerns before moving the file into processing. You will receive an e-mail from Dusty when your file is substantially complete and moved into the processing phase of the process. Please note that the services on your file (i.e. appraisals, surveys and title work) will not be ordered until your file reaches the processing milestone.

Amanda Nichols | Team Lead | RMLO NMLS 1243932

With a BBA in accounting and an amazing eye for detail, Amanda will be your very capable contract to close concierge and the liaison between processing, underwriting and closing during the process. She will complete a second level review of your file before submitting it to processing and she will be your center point of communication throughout the process. A staple of our team’s communication is THE TUESDAY UPDATE – we take a static picture of the files progress and communicate via email and telephone to all parties. Please look for a TUESDAY UPDATE e-mail from Amanda every Tuesday morning after your file is moved into processing. You can also expect a follow up phone call from William or Mekisha between 3:30-5:00pm every Tuesday.

Amanda will additionally communicate when the underwriter has requested any additional information, the appraisal has been completed and she will provide final closing figures and instructions for closing day.

She is keenly aware of time frames and contractual closing dates so please respond to her expeditiously so that she can insure all deadlines are met. The mortgage process is a series of deadlines and wait times – some are federal mandates, and some are just inherent to the process. Our systems relieve you of any stress in trying to keep up with these timeframes.
